The World’s Simplest Learn-To-Run Program

There are no complex formulas or magic tricks… just some simple guidelines beginning with three 30-minute sessions three times a week.

It’s basically:

  • 5-minute warm-up (walking)
  • 20-minute run/walk (by feel so there’s no “wrong way”)
  • 5-minute cool-down
